• - Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Deliverables remain with us until full payment is received. Ownership of Deliverables will transfer to the Client upon full payment.
• - License: We grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for the purposes specified in the agreement or proposal.
• - Third-Party Materials: If the Services include third-party materials, the Client agrees to adhere to the terms imposed by the third-party providers.

5. Confidentiality 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information marked as confidential or that should reasonably be considered confidential. This confidentiality obligation will continue beyond the termination of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xdvista excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our Site or Services.

• - Client Termination: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
• - Termination by Us: We may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.
